I have the same problem like salvo1975.
I think the patch prepare.cmd it`s not working. When I run the prepare.cmd it`s closing in less than 1 second and show me that message :
"Run prepare.cmd C:\FordEcat, where C:\FordEcat is the ecat installation path" .
Can you help me with this ?

Fileserve remove all files from PREMIUM ACCOUNTS and remove the accounts too.
Filesonic block all files from account. Can be download by the uploader only
All files will be uploaded soon on other place.
