Hi I had this message too.
This message appears only if u had download the update but not installed.
Search in the mantis folder "Update" and look for the ...476.exe delet it.
Or you Update it direct in MANTIS with Update button and he download it again.

I downloaded and installed all updates (also update "476") no additional files exists in update folder.

for those that cannot make Mantis run ... with instal-new.bat not working ....deactivate ur antivirus and try again.It should solve the problem.
I hat Avast antivirus and had the problem...works fine with AVG antivirus.

it runs, but one problem the font size change to size6 automatically when i run it the second day, omg. i tried to modify the mantis.ini, but no result. how to solve this problem, thanks
