Part Identification

Hi.

Looking for some assistance, please.

Can anyone tell me the correct terminology for the part in the diagram, showing as item #4?

Need to replace the existing one as someone has put an incorrect item on using a generic cable kit and as such, the handbrake can not be adjusted correctly. I have searched 'handbrake cable connector', 'handbrake cable plate' and other things, but just can not find the item, so guessing I am searching under the wrong terminology.
