steps for windows xp and prior

1. Run c:\Program Files\ECULP\ECULPINIConfig.exe
2. Get HostID from Security tab
3. Copy jdlm.lic to c:\jdlm
4. Copy dl.xml to c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Service ADVISOR
5. run dl.xml.reg which will appear in the same folder c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Service ADVISOR
6. Run program

steps for win vista and up

1. Run c:\Program Files\ECULP\ECULPINIConfig.exe
2. Get HostID from Security tab
3. Copy jdlm.lic to c:\jdlm
4.Copy dl.xml to C:\ProgramData\Service ADVISOR
5.run dl.xml.reg which will appear in the same folder C:\ProgramData\Service ADVISOR
6.Run program

Should be, would you by chance have the historical dvds which are needed to pull older equipment manuals up, the service advisor hosts alot of equipment but most is not workable unless you have the historical dvds which you will find out once you go to pull that piece of machinery up.
