Catalogue for KOMATSU FORKLIFT

I have problem With Komatsu electric forklift type FBR 18 RL-11, in display appear error E12, May Any one that have catalogue or manual for this truck, please share with me, or may be have KEADS for komatsu, please share in here.

I appreciate if any one can share about this problem.
