ETKA v7.3.0.974 International + Online Update + VIN Creator

Hi, I have Etka installed on two machines and both are failing to update. I use the online update tool and get the error "Update level not found" and the program aborts. Both machines have been running fine up til last week, and have updated to ~ VW 903 before failing.

Funny thing is, both machines have updated to different levels, but both round about the same time stopped working. Laptop has updated to VW 907 but my desktop has failed at VW 903

Any ideas before I uninstall and reinstall it?

Anyhow the solution is simple. When you used the Tekkno tool it did not download the file(s) 100%

So when ETKA loads it sees that the filesize is wrong! So delete the file that is incorrect size and try the tool again. It will download the missing file and hopefully it will get all the data this time.

what did you not understand in this message? it says clearly that your ETKA is runing out you have to update your data base..
your update level is 885 but we have 907. so update your etka and all was fine..
