Okay, thanks for the second set of keys but it failed again on step 7 and failed to install EPC.  It has to be something with my PC.  I installed EWA on my wife's PC and I'd like to try it there but of course the MAC address changed in EWA.  Sorry to ask again for another set of keys.  

Here's the new address:

Okay, the last set of keys worked on another PC.  I have an issue where datacard is blocked and grayed out so I can't change it on the administrative page.  I have limited the rights and unchecked everything in EPC, update and saved.  Then I come back in and checked everything but blocking the datacard but as soon as I save it becomes checked and greyed out again.  Any suggestions?
