You use WIN 7?
I have identical problem.
Program works, but this error non-stop pop-up.
In XP OS no any problem, works fine except teh data.

I use Win 7 Ultimate x86

For me it works doing this steps.
1. I've copied the file 'TecDocPatch.exe' in 'pd' directory and run it. Just clicked next, next....and Finish. No change in install process.
2. I've copied the '.ocx' files in 'system32'
3.I've copied and replaced files from "Final Crack! TecDoc 2012" directory in "pb" directory.
4.I've changed the compatibility mode to Windows XP SP2 and checked 'Run as administrator'
