TecDOC is working fine mate. The problems come from your installation or your operating system.
Uninstall, clean your registry and tryn again, else do a fresh installation on a new operating system.

I had a similar problem
Just open tof.dsn in a text editor
then make sure, the database is connected to the correct database
for instance
After installation, my file read:
[ODBC]
DRIVER=Transbase ODBC TECDOC CD 3_2011
DATABASE=TECDOC_CD_3_2011
But it was suppose to read:
[ODBC]
DRIVER=Transbase ODBC TECDOC CD 4_2011
DATABASE=TECDOC_CD_4_2011
After this little change, all was working fine

hi, i have installed tecdoc 04 2011 as fullinstall and started the patch and copied all the files into \\pb folder
i can start tecdoc but everything is grey. i use win7, 32-bit and have only the instructions text with kyrilliansymbols and can't understand the instructions
can anyone help me?

Right click to TecDOC shortcut and change the COMPATIBILITY to Windows XP SP2 or SP3
